WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal via CTT Portugal.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide! If you don't see your country on the list, please reach out to us.

I MADE A MISTAKE / WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Always double check that your order is correct - items, quantities, shipping address, cart notes, etc. - before checking out.

  • Order hasn’t been shipped yet

If your address is incorrect and you've already placed your order, contact us immediately. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.

If you'd like to cancel your order instead, you'll get a full refund minus the payment processing fees.

  • My order has been shipped

Once your order is processed and shipped, we do not accept cancelations and there's no way to modify it.

Buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the parcel is not received or is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Your order will only include tracking information if you selected Tracked Shipping as your shipping method at checkout. Please do select that option if you would like to track where your parcel is.

Tracked Shipping is highly recommended as it ensures a faster, more reliable delivery and minimises potential lost packages and delays.

In the event of a lost package, if Standard Shipping was selected, the additional shipping costs of sending a replacement are at the buyer’s expense.

WHEN SHOULD MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Standard Shipping takes around:

  • Portugal: 1-3 Business Days (Correio Azul)
  • Europe: 3-12 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 7-20 Business Days

These are just estimated delivery times and unforeseeable delays can occur that are out of our control.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET! :(

We're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. The dates for delivery given are just an estimate and do not take into account any unforeseeable delays caused by the pandemic, strikes, bank holidays, and/or inclement weather.

If you selected Standard Shipping, I do not have any tracking information I can check. I would really appreciate it if you could wait around two to three more weeks after the estimated delivery date for your order to get to you.

 Do not hesitate to contact us if your order still hasn't arrived after this timeframe.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Orders come packaged in a paper envelope, rigid mailer or bubble mailer (depending on the item you purchased) with a cellophane cover to protect them from water and are wrapped in tissue paper and twine.

If you are sending a gift and would like to include a personalised note inside the package, let us know so it can be included for you!

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES?

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for any customs and/or import fees that may be applied to their order.

These fees are calculated according to certain thresholds and may vary from country to country.
